Inside Sales Representative

As part of datango's continued growth strategy, datango is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will be based in Westford, MA location and will be responsible for securing qualified opportunities and leads for Field Sales.

This is a 'hunter' position that requires tenacity and professionalism in order to identify opportunities within some of the USA and Canada's most prestigious companies.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 year’s business to business sales experience
  • Sales experience or in-depth knowledge of ERP/CRM software and services a plus
  • Knowledge of selling similar products or a broad understanding of b2b technology is required
  • Successful and proven track record in qualifying and converting leads to sales with high percentage close rate and successful revenue attainment
  • Possess demonstrated success in the sales life-cycle: prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing the deal
  • Ability to perform account planning, account development, pipeline management and selling capabilities
  • Bright, energetic and service oriented personality with strong networking abilities
  • Strong oral communication skills and the ability to have a well-structured conversation
  • Demonstrable PC literacy and outstanding written, oral, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good professional judgment, self-starter with the ability to work independently and to understand/match customer needs with company products/services
  • Thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, opportunities, and achieve aggressive goals for building sales through internet research and cold calling

 

 

 

  • Focus on new business development throughout North America
  • Generate and develop viable leads
  • Achieve monthly goals of qualified opportunities 
  • Expand customer base through lead sourcing and sales 
  • Understand datango's product and service offerings, functionality, positioning and competitive advantages 
  • Work with the sales team to generate new sales

Skills


  • A minimum of 2 years' inside sales / telemarkeing and business development experience.
  • Superior written, verbal, and communication skills, as communication with senior executives is a daily task.
