Technical Pre-Sales and/or Post-Sales Consultant

As part of datango's continued growth strategy, datango is seeking an accomplished Technical Pre-Sales and/or Post-Sales Consultant who will work with prospective and existing partners in order to ensure that the datango solution represents a viable product as a technology backbone for their end user adoption solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in a software pre-sales, post-sales or related role.
  • Keen desire and enthusiasm to assist prospects in understanding the value proposition of the technology and helping partners understand how datango software supports their application users.
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and get them resolved above and beyond the client’s expectations.
  • Experience with large enterprise software such as ERP/CRM system implementations is advantageous.
  • Programming and SQL Database knowledge is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a member of the partner organization.
  • Own the technical relationship with partners and be an expert in the use, deployment and management of datango software.
  • Deliver software demonstrations, presentations and product briefings.
  • Assist potential partners with software evaluations and proof of concepts.
  • Serve as liaison between the partner sales, technical and support teams.
  • Provide partner training to all technical stakeholders and facilitate the partner enablement from a technical perspective.
  • Offer front line support to partners as their primary technical resource.
